Receptionist
JENNIFER ALEO
Jennifer is responsible for all telephone calls, taking messages and directing them to their proper destination. She also organizes the worker’s compensation files and has been with the firm since November 2010. She can be contacted via e-mail at jennifera@olkowitz.com.

CAROL GLASSEN
Carol serves as paralegal to Robert A. Olkowitz, Esq. and has been with the firm since October 1995. Carol is responsible for the court calendar, scheduling appointments, doctor’s testimony, client’s appointments and client telephone calls. She can be contacted via e-mail at carolg@olkowitz.com.
CAROL ZITO
Carol serves as paralegal to Robert A. Olkowitz, Esq. and has been with the firm since September 2001. Carol handles all aspects of workers’ compensation claims from start to finish (i.e. filing new claims, reopening claims, filing motions, appeals). ALICE REGAN
Alice serves as secretary to Robert A. Olkowitz, Esq. and has been with the firm since June 2007. Alice is responsible for organizing files, sending out dictated letters, medical records requests, confirms doctor’s appointments with clients and obtains status of medical treatment with clients. Franklin serves as paralegal and has been with the firm since May 2012. Franklin handles all dictation. He is responsible for obtaining information from Medicare and Medicaid. He communicates with the insurance companies and their attorneys. He can be contacted via e-mail at franklins@olkowitz.com.

DEBRA DEFALCO
Debbie serves as paralegal and has been with the firm since April 2003. Debbie handles both slip and fall and motor vehicle accident cases, as well as social security disability appeals and municipal court cases. Debbie is responsible for scheduling appointments, calendar court hearings, depositions and trials. She also communicates with clients and maintains files. RYAN CAMPBELL
Ryan is the file clerk for the office. He handles all filing, photo copying and file requests. He has been with the firm since July 2011.
